The Bible makes it clear that we are not to worship angels.
6 He said to me, “These words are faithful and true. The Lord God of the spirits of the prophets sent his angel to show to his bondservants the things which must happen soon.”
7 “Behold, I come quickly. Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.”
8 Now I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. I am a fellow bondservant with you and with your brothers, the prophets, and with those who keep the words of this book. Worship God.” Revelation 22:6-9
18 Let no one rob you of your prize by self-abasement and worshiping of the angels, dwelling in the things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, 19 and not holding firmly to the Head, from whom all the body, being supplied and knit together through the joints and ligaments, grows with God’s growth. Colossians 2:18-19
Angels are servants of God, helpers in His work. As such, they are often sent to serve, or “minister” to, us. Not usually seeing them doesn’t mean they aren’t there.

There are different types of angels. For instance, Cherubim and Seraphim are recorded. They have unique descriptions and features and also worship God.

Demons are considered to be fallen angels by some. In any case, demons are no match for Jesus. Jesus often cast out demons. Jesus cares about people.
